Rin a Shima a high school girl enjoys going to camping trips in the off seasons when it's bit cooler and burren ; just a way to relax. Being a bit of a loner she prefers solo camping and her own company. On one of her usual camping trips in the base of Mount Fuji Rin inadvertently shows Nadeshiko(her new pink haired friend) the joys of camping which led her to join the schools outdoor activities club And apparently they both go to the same school somehow Over the course of heartwarming 12 episode we get to see Rin n Nadeshiko, Rin&nades-, Nadeshiko and Rin and the outdoor club going var-ious various Jesus camping. Rin has slower paced solo camps were she waves at dogs, buys souvenirs of dogs, dreams bout dogs~ umm. And Nadeshiko with the chuckle brothers (outdoor club) goes to faster pace and more comedic trips.And a mixture of both when they camps together. While the characters keep in touch with cute and often funny text messages sharing their experiences. 

As a introvert I like how the show never tries to cure Rins introversion because it doesn't need to be cured.She doesn't dislike other people, she just likes to be herself. It's a very human portrayal of what it's like to prefer one's own company. Nadeshiko tries to get her to group camping not because she thinks solo camping is bad but because Nadeshiko wants Rin to enjoy more then solo camping. And which she does by the end and opens up more with the others. Where Nadeshiko aslo tries solo camping herself.
It's not about fixing Rins introversion but about learning things from each other through spending time together. And the best part is,they never tell us this, it's very well put together.
I would like myself some 'Yuri Camp' but I'm glad how they don't take the yuri bait route considering how close they sleep in their tents.Well it would've totally overwritten the simple innocent friendship and camping experiences it's trying to send. They aslo never delt with any fanservice except the bath scenes which were done very modestly instead of putting awkward chest shots.

Audio:The opening is great.I like the upbeat energy the op has.And the episodes ends with a quite hartwarming ending.The soundtrack is the comfiest ost ever.The simple guitars playing a straight forward melody building up energy until returning back to just the melody in the ost 'Solo Camping' goess perfect Rin's solo camps and also help me study chemistry.(Am I the weird one?)

Visuals:The moments of quite breathtaking beauty almost made me want to leave the hose and go camping for once... almost... The general art has a deep and charming effect. And Nadeshiko looks like a ball of comf~. Some of the shots look like just photographs with filters added so it looks more hand drawn(which may very well be the case),yet it never stops looking gorgeous

Best Girl! :Rin is our introvert type MC, Nadeshiko’s a ball of energy and devours food, ChiAki the funny one, Aoi has bewbs and goes nyaa~ and Ena can make you a Shimarin bun. Whose the best girl? IDK but once a wise man said,"Dammn,the girl with pink hair is so cute!" A wise man indeed

With all that 'Yuru Camp' was a great little thing. A person who's not into cute girl animes can also enjoy the hell out of it.A great medicine to cure anxiety. I myself rewatched it during my exams to cure my stress and now I’m worried bout the results :I . Guess it’s rewatch time again.
