Synopsis_And_Starting: One day In a village in France 1835 a sudden change was sensed
It having a historical background one-day A girl named Rose Dupre with her Mother Lia Dupre and Her only best friend Pierre Grande along with his brother a Theo and his mother lived together one-day while trying to save her from the bullies as everyone thought the once forgotten witch who was killed had returned to the village in form of Lia and in order to save her Pierre and his friend Marine try to stop them where they met Theo after long time

After a big comeback celebration Marine and Rose become friends and after sometime due to missunderstandings Rose ends up in a sorry stage where she meets a man named Lemon Benjamin
Lemon tries to help her as she confesses To Pierre and they both admit their feelings but alas Pierre gets kidnapped and Marine gets murdered the same night as Rose tries to find Pierre she finds out it was Lemon all along and he was doing this to bring back the witch again who was in a reborn state with Rose
Hearing so Rose tries to help Pierre escape from lemon and on the mission of hunters as Theo being one of them ends up killed by her hands instead which Pierre sees and she tells him to forget her though she admits her feelings and doesn't want to hurt him eventually she sacrifices herself to lemon
Pierre gets rescued by the hunters who once saved the village from the witch by killing her long time ago as Pierre vows to find Rose and takes his brothers place as a Hunter instead

MyThoughts: Tbh this is the best Manwha so far I read though it's debatable how you choose to view it
The thing about this particular Manwha it took a place in France 14th to 18th century.

***Every chapter is a full of suspense you can't predict anything and the finishing point of one chapter will make you beg for another arc as the Story follows the Great witch and her 100000years of journey in different shapes and forms the last form she avatared was in form of a slave who escaped with a man named Lemon Benjamin who later on becomes her first lover and with knowledge over Alchemy. He turns himself into a daywalker vampire king
******After the demise of The witch Lemon waits for her to revive for more than decades meanwhile in absence of Lia Dupre's unborn childs root for the child itself Rose's loneliness was replaced by a firm boy named Pierre Grande soon she finds herself in a position where the lives of her past wasn't able to stay in the trustless by solementing her heart for a firm boy or a mere human who equally fall in love with the most beautiful girl of the village yet known by the witches daughter Rose Dupre.
*****The love triangle of this series is most epic in dramatical form this is kinda felt first time a series on Romance. where nearly was any romance but love was given a name into Lust, Revenge,desperation and most importantly The Trust as time went by the witches trust fades way from the first lover resulting the ongoing war of crusades.

The ongoing war is a no side zone you can't pick a side and feel bad for others though Pierre and Rose are bonded till destiny.
*****The vampires emerges as adelheil who loves lemon Benjamin and hated Rose is also a really great character who portrayes the modern society of ancient period and Marine who is kinda Asexual for Rose and Pierre after her death her envy of not having a real family due to being child abused and her father being drunker and her mother being torturing her ends up revived by rose just to realize the cruelty of the world. who later wants to help rose by making Pierre one of them as a vampire but rose makes it clear she doesn't want Pierre to be hurt or die even if it kills her though she is immortal in this form.
*****Multiple times we can see lemon threatening and abusing his powers to force himself onto her or making her faithful to him as she begs him not to kill Pierre on the other hand her older self's illegitimate twins Jeff and Kiara ends up in the same hunters form with Pierre soon to be manipulated by lemon and finds their identiry in crises along with the modern corruption in to the pallette the hunters gets prisoned sentenced. where somehow Pierre escapes and finds out a way to get to rose or the witch
There can be seen side characters as it gets her Pierre's mom who became mentally unstable after her sons death and Pierre's brother who actually had a crush on rose's mother and wanted to protect her in absence of her husband being murdered by the witch to give justice to her while Ending up killed for wanting to save rose
In short this story will toy with your emotions but it has the best pacing and the best dramatical point with the philosophy of life and death
