Story:- It's the second installment of Fate series after Fate stay night which got released in 2006. The story begins with seven masters summoning seven servants to participate in the Holy Grail war. This grail can lead to fulfilling your wish. The main character Kiritsugu Emiya had to marry Irisviel Einzbern in order to get the contract done. And from here on Kiritsugu's path begins. Every master and their servants have their own thoughts and ideals too. Which will lead to many things. Which will often lead to many conflicts. Also the story is 10 years prior to Fate stay night/ Fate stay night Ubw/ Fate stay night Heavens feel. All three stay nights are different routes.

Characters:- The main character of Fate zero Kiritsugu Emiya's life itself is full of sorrows. And with the goal of saving everyone his story reveals many things which leads us to the reality which is inevitable. Also Gilgamesh who is one of the servants shows us his pride which can be compared with some of the best characters who have pride in itself. There are other characters too but this two stand out before all.

Animation:- It's animation is something. One of it's character got 3D animation yet looked so good. It's animation gets 10/10 with ease.

Music:- Both openings of Fate zero series are great too. Even though it can't be compared with other openings. Anyways 1st opening is Oath sign by Lisa and 2nd opening is To the beginning by Kalafina.

Overall:- It's probably the best series of the entire Fate series franchise. The story and characters are great. Overall if you watched other Fate series but not this then its a must watch.
